4.2 The prices mentioned for all the styles are mentioned in Indian Rupees.
4.3 All prices that are listed/displayed on this platform, are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 The estimated time to ship will differ depending on the respective delivery deadlines mentioned against each product. Our products are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.
5.2 Sometimes, delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions, any political disruptions or strikes, government holidays, or any other factors that might result in a delay.
5.3 Additional postage charges will be applicable for further delivery in case the parcel is returned to us.
6. DUTIES AND TAXES
6.1 All of Parul Grover orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Faridabad, India to your provided shipping address. We cover the costs of shipping and any customs duties.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1 We do not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither as it is, nor customised pieces.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1 Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited and treated as the cancellation fee for all cancellations. Kindly take note that our brand's policy does not include the provision of refunds.
9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
9.1 The photographs and images of products included on the Website have been tried to be displayed as accurately as possible; However, since you will be viewing them on your mobile/monitor screens, we cannot guarantee that your screen display of any color will be completely accurate. A minor variation in color may occur due to the difference in screen settings amongst various devices.
